



I think I pulled a muscle in my back? right side of my back .. What can I do so I will not make things worse? I excerising for the first time in a few days. just doing dance steps, squeaks, and has made the Carmen Electra strip tease workout video ... I first had a cramp under rib cage on the left, but I think thats cause i wasn't breathing enough now I have a sore back on the right side. It hurts when I sit and lean to the left or do anything to strain what are some of what can be done to alleviate the pain? What can I do to make sure it doesn't get worse? How do I know if this is serious or not? How soon should I feel better?
